What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

Our standard MOQ varies by product type:

  • Molded Foam Cups: 1,000 pairs per style/size
  • 3D Sleep Eye Masks: 500 pieces
  • Fiber Balls: 500 kg

Custom mold/shape orders require 5,000 pairs MOQ for foam cups, but the mold fee is waived above this quantity. Smaller trial orders may be accepted depending on our production schedule — please contact us to discuss.

How long is the production lead time? +

Standard production lead times:

  • Foam Cups: 15-25 days
  • Eye Masks: 10-20 days
  • Fiber Balls: 7-15 days

Lead time starts after deposit receipt and sample confirmation. Custom mold orders add 5-7 days for mold development. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee — please inquire.

What is your order process? +

Our standard ordering process is simple and transparent:

  • Step 1: Send us your requirements (product type, specs, quantity, photos/drawings if custom)
  • Step 2: We provide quotation within 24 hours
  • Step 3: Confirm details and arrange sample development if needed
  • Step 4: Approve sample and place order with 30% deposit
  • Step 5: Production begins with regular progress updates
  • Step 6: Quality inspection, balance payment, and shipment
Do you provide OEM/ODM services? +

Absolutely! OEM and ODM are the core of our business. We work with brands worldwide to create custom products:

  • OEM: Manufacture using your existing design/specs
  • ODM: We help design and develop products from scratch
  • Custom shapes, sizes, colors, and materials
  • Private label / white label service
  • Custom logo printing, embroidery, embossing
  • Custom retail packaging

We sign NDAs to protect your designs. Send us your ideas and we'll make them reality.

Can I customize the size, shape, and color? +

Yes, almost everything can be customized:

  • Size & Shape: Send us drawings, samples, or detailed specs for custom shapes
  • Color: Pantone color matching available for both foam and fabric
  • Material: Choose from various foam densities, fabric types, and fiber grades
  • Logo: Screen printing, embroidery, embossed/debossed, woven labels
  • Packaging: Poly bags, color cards, gift boxes, retail packaging

We have 200+ existing cup molds you can choose from to avoid custom mold costs.

How much does a custom mold cost? +

Custom mold fees depend on complexity and size. As a general guide:

  • Standard foam cup mold: $150 - $400 per pair
  • Complex/3D design mold: $400 - $800
  • Eye mask mold: $100 - $300

Mold fee refund: If your order quantity exceeds 5,000 pairs (foam cups) or 3,000 pieces (eye masks), the mold fee is fully refunded. Molds are kept for 2 years for repeat orders.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept the following payment methods:

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): Most common, 3-5 working days
  • L/C at sight: For large orders above $50,000
  • Western Union: For sample payments and small orders
  • MoneyGram: Fast transfer for urgent payments
  • Alibaba Trade Assurance: Buyer protection through Alibaba

Standard payment terms: 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment. Other terms may be negotiated for established customers.

How do you ship orders internationally? +

We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Sea Freight (FOB Dongguan/Shenzhen): Most economical for large orders. 20-40 days depending on destination.
  • Air Freight: Faster than sea, 5-10 days. Good for medium-sized orders.
  • Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Fastest option, 3-7 days door-to-door. Best for samples and small orders.

We can ship FOB, CIF, DDU, or DDP based on your preference. We work with reliable forwarders and can also use your nominated shipping agent.

Can you handle customs and import clearance? +

We provide full shipping documentation to help with customs clearance:

  • Commercial invoice
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading / Air waybill
  • Certificate of Origin (CO)
  • Form A / Form E / Form F (preferential certificates)
  • Test reports (SGS, OEKO-TEX, etc.)

For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, we can handle customs clearance and duties on your behalf — please ask for a DDP quote. Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes under standard FOB/CIF terms.

Can I get free samples before ordering? +

Yes! We offer free samples for our standard designs:

  • Standard samples: Free of charge, you pay shipping only ($20-40 via DHL)
  • Custom samples: Sample fee applies ($50-200 depending on complexity), fully refundable on your first bulk order
  • Sample lead time: 3-7 days for standard, 7-15 days for custom
  • Sample shipping: DHL/FedEx/UPS express, 3-5 days delivery

To request samples, simply send us your shipping address and which products you'd like to evaluate.

What quality control measures do you have? +

We implement strict quality control at every stage:

  • IQC (Incoming): Raw material inspection - foam density, fabric weight, color matching
  • IPQC (In-Process): Monitoring during production - shape, size, lamination bond
  • FQC (Final): 100% visual inspection before packaging
  • OQC (Outgoing): AQL 2.5 random sampling before shipment

We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and our products meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and SGS testing requirements. We welcome third-party inspections (SGS, BV, Intertek, etc.) at your request.

What certifications do your products have? +

Our products are certified by leading testing bodies:

  • OEKO-TEX Standard 100: Class I (baby grade) available - tested for harmful substances
  • SGS: Full test reports for material safety and performance
  • ISO 9001:2015: Quality management system certification
  • CE: EU conformity for applicable products
  • MSDS: Material Safety Data Sheet for fiber products
  • REACH & RoHS: EU environmental compliance

All test certificates are available on request. We can also arrange custom testing per your market requirements.

What if I receive defective products? +

We stand behind our product quality 100%:

  • Defective rate above 2% is covered by our quality guarantee
  • We will replace defective goods or refund the cost
  • Shipping cost for replacements covered by us for confirmed quality issues
  • All claims must be reported within 15 days of receiving the goods
  • Please provide photos and/or video evidence for quality claims

Where is your factory located? Can I visit? +

Our factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China — the heart of China's manufacturing belt.

  • Factory area: 5,000+ square meters
  • Employees: 80+ skilled workers
  • Production lines: 6 molding lines + 2 finishing lines

Factory visits are welcome! We'd love to show you around. We're about 1 hour from Shenzhen airport and 2 hours from Guangzhou airport. We can arrange airport pickup and even help with hotel booking. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

Do you offer drop shipping? +

We are primarily a B2B wholesale manufacturer, so standard MOQs apply. However, we do work with some drop shipping partners under certain conditions:

  • Minimum first order of 500 units (private label with your brand)
  • We ship bulk to your warehouse or fulfillment center
  • Custom packaging and branding available
  • We do not ship single units direct to consumers
